All payments are made online and pre paid for, at the time of the booking.

All consultations are held online/virtual, unless requested for in person, which can be done at local café or walk & talk therapy (weather permitting).

Cancellation of an appointment with more than 24 hrs notice carries no penalty with reimbursement of the session fee.

Cancellation (or non attendance) of an appointment with less than 24 hrs notice carries the penalty of no refund of the session/consultation fee.

Rescheduling of an appointment before 24 hrs of the original appointment on 2 occasions caries no penalty with the fee transferred to the rescheduled session. This applies to 2 rescheduled sessions only. On the 3d rescheduled session a new payment is required and no refund is applied.
